Idaho
Situated on the West Slope of the Continental divide, Idaho has some of the best trout habitat in the United States, and is home to many native species.
We have just begun coverage of the western US. Already, Idaho is receiving substantial coverage via its native species as well as via the US EPA's WATERS database.
In the image to the left, turquoise streams mark the summer Steelhead run. The magenta and gray streams mark Westslope cutthroat, and the purple and yellow streams in the SE corner mark Yellowstone cutthroat.
All of these datasets are currently available for download on the "Natives" page of the downloads tab. In the Idaho downloads section, you'll also find a KMZ that maps a significant number of cold water habitat streams.
We'll be adding more content to Idaho as we find the time.
